FETA, SPINACH & HERB SCONES

1 box Buttermilk Herb Scone Mix
1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
½ cup feta cheese (crumbled to pea size)
¾ cup whipping cream

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine Buttermilk Herb Scone Mix, spinach and feta cheese in a bowl. Add cream and mix until combined. Press into an 8" circle with hands and then cut into 8 pie shaped pieces. Place onto a lightly greased baking sheet or on a silicone liner and bake in oven for 18-20 minutes. Serve warm with butter seasoned to taste with Onion, Garlic & Herb Seasoning.

Tip: if you have an 8" springform pan you can use it to form your circle and it will keep it uniform.
